Contribute

Thank you for considering a contribution. The project prioritizes neutrality, verifiability, and accessibility. All contributions are reviewed through automated and human checks.

Steps​

  1. Read the Mission and Methodology.
  2. Review CONTRIBUTING.md.
  3. Create a feature branch in your fork.
  4. Add or update Markdown content with required front matter fields:
    • title
    • description
    • tags
    • citations (array)
    • lastReviewed (YYYY-MM-DD)
    • reviewStatus
    • sensitivityLevel
  5. Run npm run validate locally.

High Sensitivity Content​

Set sensitivityLevel: high if:

  • It classifies public claim dissemination patterns.
  • It summarizes ongoing legal matters. High sensitivity pages undergo an extra ethics review pass.

Neutral Language​

Avoid loaded or emotive adjectives unless directly quoting a reputable source with citation.

Citation Standards​

  • Prefer primary official documents where available.
  • Secondary sources must be reputable, traceable, and stable.
  • Exclude unverifiable anonymous content.

Licensing​

All content contributions default to CC BY-SA 4.0. Indicate exceptions explicitly in front matter if required (and justified).

After Submission​

Automated pipeline performs:

  • Schema & citation validation
  • Link availability
  • Neutral language screening
  • Accessibility baseline test (subset of pages)

Human reviewers finalize acceptance.
